Hello,

Csrss - cannot end this process in task manager so I searched it and I cannot delete it it says

“Cannot delete csrss: Access is denied

Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is currently not in use.”

What do I do, I know it’s a Trojan of some sort.

The folder is in C:\WINDOWS\System32

Please read, although there is a trojan that uses a similar name, but It uses an additional "s" eg csrsss, what You have may be the real XP system file.

I think you are trying too hard to protect your PC, even the link you posted confirms "smss.exe" NOT! to be a virus, trojan nor spyware threat.

You need to very careful.
