Hey guys, here's what's going on: My computer has gotten really slow and it always "thinks" or processes no matter what (the little cyclinder light is always flashing). I checked and realized (or so I think) that it is my ram. Now I have kazaa k++, steam, aim, and this window running and my explorer is using around 42 mb of phsyical ram. My iexplorer is using 28mb. My explorer is using 83 mb of my virtual ram and my AIM is using 97mb! My guess is somehow the ram is not clearing-so I used one of my windows tweaking programs to clear and it was like massively slow. I can load things still but I have been noticing my computed declining: my IE starts up slower and my folder hotkey shortcuts do also. A while back I messed with the services in xp; although I did use credible sources such as BlackViper's site and a MaximumPC magazine, I could have maybe done something wrong? I double checked them again and found nothing. It could be maybe a memory worm or something but I havent downloaded much like that nor did my norton detect anything (perhaps I may do a scan). Could be some malware like adware or spyway. If you don't have AdAware of Spybot download them here, update them, run them, and see if there are any bad things there. Worth a shot, and you should run them periodically anyway. Spybot AdAware
