hello everyone i have just bought a new wide screen TV that can also be used as a monitor i have hooked it up to my PC but everything seems a little squashed i have tried changing resolutions but the native resolution for my monitor is 1440 x 800 which is not there i have updated my grx card drivers (which is a GeForce 6800XT) but that didnt make any difference i also read that it could be to do with my bios so i have updated that and that has also not made a difference (mobo is an asus A8N-SLI SE) so im a bit stuck on what to do next to be honest does anyone know if there are any drivers out there that would give the that resolution option? the TV didnt come with any drivers and just shows up as "default monitor" in the display settings do you think there would be drivers for it? its a UMC J19/1NG ... also since connecting the TV when i go into my display options my monitor goes black for a few seconds and then comes back and every now and then when booting up the PC hand at the windows loading screen then the monitor just goes yellow then i turn the monitor off then back on and its fine i dont really think ive got any serious issues with the PC because it was working fine with no problem untill i connected this monitor lol :-) so has anyone got any ideas for me? i would love to hear them :-) thanks very much for any responses Adam
