Every now then, i experience problems( with occasional jumps in frequency)with my Internet connection.
It just stops working, but the modem doesn't make a single change, just stays the way it was before the Internet went out. All i have to do is disconnect the power cord to the modem, and reconnect to activate it again, so i was wondering if anyone knew what could be causing this and if there's anything i could do. This is especially annoying when I'm playing Internet games, where as I'm kicked out of the game each time it happens.
I use cox high speed Internet and my modem is a RCA model DCM315R.
