I've used Incredimail successfully for years until recently when they produced a new build. Despite uninstalling and re-installing and trying to get help I'm unable to open an e-mail or operate it successfully. The same problem happens on my XP Desktop and also on my Vista laptop. If I click on a folder (eg. Inbox) or click on an e-mail an open file warning window appears asking do I want to download this file ? If I click on yes my IE browser appears and then the whole thing goes blank and crashes. I've written to Incredimail but they never reply. I can use other e-mail programmes.
My suggestion would be to drop that INCREDIMAIL like a hot potato. 3rd party software like that only causes problems at the best of times. Especially if they don't even communicate with you. I only use Yahoo and Gmail, at least if I have problems they offer solutions unlike the 3rd party software.
