What does the problem say exactly?

Check your Event Viewer for details.
To do this, click Start | select Run | type eventvwr and hit enter. Clear all the events under application and system. Try to recreate the error and then check the Event Viewer again. This time only the events that caused the error should be listed. Then go to Event ID and lookup the Event ID's.

XpUser, yes that is correct. It's part of there flash player that IE uses.

I've heard that a lot of people have problems with this.

Adobe has an uninstaller found here.

You could also just disable flash in the IE settings.

It says exactly:

Internet explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close.

The following add-on was running when this problem occured:

File: Flash.ocx
Company name: Macromedia, Inc
Description: Macromedia Flash Player 7

If I uninstall it tho, will I be able to view sites that need it? And won't i be prompted in the future to reinstall?

Would disabling it allow me to view the pc world website?

Thank you in advance!

That, I'm not sure about. Disabling it would probably be your best bet. Have you tried disabling it?
