problems with DivX in XP

Hello, I have Windows Xp. When I start films little then 600 MB in Vplayer, there isn't problems. But when i want watch films exemple 700 Mb it thosen't WORK! I must play films in Vplayer (best Player), because I'm Polish, and I have got to Load text. I have got newest DivX encoders. HELP!!!!!

Instead of using the divx codec 4.11, use the older one instead (divx alpha 3.11). It might work. I had to use the older one also. :)

Nope.. the 3.11 one doesn't work either.. just tried it on Xp-pro, and it warns (next to the fact that it aint working) that the codec isn't for WinXP.... The search for a good substitute in XP continues....
let me know if someone finds the answer first...
