Problems Updating Adobe Reader...

OS: XP
CPU/Ram: 1GB
Product: Sony VAIO VGC-RC110G
Comment:

When I attempt to download and install updates for Adobe Reader I receive the following message:

"C:\abu\software\0504801.abd\Adobe Reader 7.0.msi" cannot be found.

Then it gives me the option to browse other folders to find the right "path/file" but I have no idea where to beging.

Help would be appreciated,

It's a matter of knowing where you have Adobe installed.
Mine for instance is on C drive under Program Files.

Now use the browse & click your way until the box fills ( it will stop at the correct part )
Click OK etc.

Uninstall Adobe Reader, then install the new version...or dump it completely & use FoxIt Reader instead.

You can get Adobe Reader here:

Notice that it's almost 13x the size of FoxIt
