Problems uninstalling Lop.com

I have ad-aware SE personal, I have spybot S&D, I have spyblaster, but I still can't get rid of lop. The scans from the two systems mention sometimes come up with Lop and I delete the files, but the toolbar keeps coming back. I also use the universal uninstall programme from Lop but no sooner than I have uninstalled the toolbar and accessories, than they come back the next time I open IE. Can anyone help? I don't want to have to pay for programme to remove it.
