Problems streaming radio

Specs: Windows XP, Dual core 4gb RAM
Hello,

I was working on my grandfather's computer. He wants to try to access some radio stations:
http://www.basscountry.fm/ (click "Listen Live" on the upper-right)
http://kkat-fm.fimc.net/default.asp

It will not load the songs. It will load the flash player without a problem, but it never connects to load the music. Other flash applications (such as playlist.com) work fine.

Here is what I have tried to fix it:
-Reinstalled flash player
-Tried on both firefox and IE7
-Tried disabling windows firewall and Norton firewall & autoprotect. (He's using Norton 360)
-Reinstalled Windows Media Player

Is there any other information that would be useful in helping? I am completely stumpped!

Thank you.

I tried & got the info that WMP.11 is a requirement when using the player for KOMG with FireFox. As I'm using WMP.9 I didn't go any further. KKAT seems to have the same setup. I didn't register on either.

FYI I'm a fan of Live365.com - no problems there.

Good luck

Thanks for the help, but I re-installed WMP11. The flash player loads fine, but never actually begins streaming the music. The loading symbol just stays there forever and never gives any error messages or anything.

The "Contact" button may allow you to post a query with the station(s).

Well I took Valerie's advice and tried to use the "Contact Us" button for the second link. Apparently it's not just his computer that isn't working; their online live streaming is completely down. I did check the first one on my home computer, though, and it works.

So I'm still stumped.
