My cousin is experiencing problems sending mail from her yahoo email account. The addresses aren't appearing in the "to" or "cc" fields unless she puts it in the drafts folder, and if she sends from there it only goes to the address in the "to" field. She's pulling her hair out trying to figure out what she's doing wrong, and I can't figure it out either. I sent her a test message from my yahoo account and didn't encounter the problems she did. She has email yahoo with the problem, but they haven't responded. No surprise there. Both our accounts are freebies, not paid. Is anyone else having this problem, or know how to solve it?

I have a few questions. Does she maintain an address book for Yahoo? When she clicks on the Compose button, does a link above the To: appear to Insert Addresses? Do the other links for adding CC and BCC also funtion correctly? When she checks off the address to appear in To:, CC or BCC function from these links? What say you?

Gilloz, we think the problem has been found. She finally gave her computer to a service guy who found nothing wrong with it. Turns out they both share the same broadband server ... Directway 6000. The service guy checked and he encountered the same problems as my cousin when using yahoo. So the problem is not with her computer, or with yahoo. It's apparently a problem with Directway 6000.
