I have four users who can logon to my computer system and everything works just fine, until its time to log off. When it is time to log off, on mine and my daughters screens (only), we get these error messages that states its trying to shut down particular programs and one is called Layered Hidden Window. This is the one that causes the most problems. No matter how many times I have searched for this, I cannot find it. What is this? and how can I get this to stop being a problem. There are times that it takes 20 minutes to log off and in the meantime the computer is frozen.
Now on my husbands screen, when he logs off, sometimes it will go to the windows welcome screen and sometimes it just goes blank and nothing happens for hours, unless I manually shut off the computer. What is causing this and how can I stop it from happening? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
