Problems installing WLAN drivers

Hi. I have problems installing WLAN drivers for my AOpen 1556 Notebook.. I just reinstalled xp, and everything is working perfectly, apart from the WLAN drivers.. I download the drivers from aopen.com, and it's the drivers built for SP2 xp.. What happens is that the installation stops at ca 50%, and nothing more happens.. I tried installing the drivers directly from the device manager, but that don't work, doesn't find any matching inf files or what it are looking for.. I also tried for the older wlan driver version on aopen website Can anyone help me solving this frustrating problem??
