Problems installing a dumb game...

Dell Inspirion 6400

Specs: WINDOWS XP PRO, 1 GB
Got a small hidden object game (Mr. Biscuits) that installs and plays fine on a desktop pc running Windows XP Pro but wont work on our laptop (also Windows XP Pro). It seems to install fine on the laptop however when we get ready to play the "hidden objects" are not in the photos and the game just freezes up...we have to use control alt delete to end the game.

I ran a program called "regcure" and it found several errors, but even after fixing the errors and uninstalling and reinstalling the game we get the same results.

I also tried installing in safe mode, but no joy.

Any ideas at all what could be causing this or anything else we could try to get it installed ok.

Thank you in advance for any assistance!

What are the requirements for the game? You may need to install some codecs. Try installing k lite. Get it at the link below.

all it says for system requirements is:
OS: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista
Processor: P800
Memory: 256 MB

but i'll sure try the codecs just in case!?!?
Thanks.

You may need to get tech support from the game site. I never heard of the game so I am guessing here.

Do the photos show at all?
