Dear mattie: In my previous message 153891 I indicated that I bought a copy of Switch Plus. When I add any ape file and try to convert it I get an error message that says "Cannot open the file. This means that either the file format is not supported by this program or that a required codec bor plugin is not installed." What should I try now? Please reply. Dear mattie: There must be something I am missing. I bought a copy of Audio Converter which does support .ape files and when I try to load an .ape file I get the error message "Unable to add file. The following file does not contain recognizable audio." I am running out of money buying programs that don't work. Is there a program that you know for a fact will support .ape files? If there is please let me know what it is. Thanks a bunch for the help! wayne
