I tried installing new Adaptec ASPI drivers for XP, but since the CD-ROM and CD-RW cant work anymore, deinstalling does not seem to help, shutting both off in BIOS does not help, and trying to re-install the XP drivers does not help. Even looking at the hidden devices (Adaptec ASPI32 removed) did not help.... Any ideas? I am running out of them, and dont want to re-install XP again.
