i install service release 1 on a users computer for office xp. now whenever he opens any office program it pops up a little box with the eula and you must click i agree to use the program. also it looks like it tries to open word when he clicks on outlook. if he accepts the eula for word, in this case, then outlook opens and gives him anothe eula.
this is stupid. anyone know of a resolution - other than moving to staroffice (which could be in our future)

I resolved what sounds like the same problem by becoming an administrator for the computer. It was originally set up where I was just a user I guess and once I was given the full privileges of an administrator, I was able to accept the EULA and it has stopped asking.
