I have 4 systems on a small network 2 (including the "print server") running win me. the other 2 systems both have windows xp and office xp. the problem is whatever i print from any office app only prints one copy. the first few times i thought i must have made a mistake on the number of copy's but i have checked myself and if i enter 3 or 5 or 50 copy's it only ever prints one. both of the systems with the win xp / office xp combination are doing the same, and both were ok before upgrading to office xp (office 2000 worked ok). I know this is a pain in the neck rather than a major problem but i would like to know why its doing it, anyone got any ideas?

Have you installed all of the updates for Office XP? Also, have you tried reinstalling the printer on the XP machines?

yep done both and still the same???
