problem with wireless connection

Hi, I have a wireless internet connection. My problem is that it stops working for a couple of minutes then it works again. The signal strength is strong. And it doesn't disconnect. It just stops downloading. Its on and off. I have a feeling its a setting.

Can someone help me fix this.
