Hi all, I have just spent approx. 1 hr. on the phone with my friend who is attempting to book a flight at www.aircanada.ca . He is running Win XP Home and IE 6 with all of the updates. He has done this many times before but now when he gets to the final page where he is actually going to purchase the tickets, the page locks up. As he puts it " when it gets to where the lock is in the tray area" nothing happens. I am at work but when I get home I can use PcAnywhere to have look at what he is seeing but after doing things like lowering the security settings in IE 6, disabling and even uninstalling a popup blocker he has running, disabling his firewall, I couldn't help him get it working. We also checked Windows update and there was one update available which didn't help. Any ideas? Tia Gary
