Problem with SearchV

OS: WinXP SP1
CPU/Ram: P4/1.5GB

SearchV is running wild on my computer. I am able to keep it under control a little woth pest Patrol But it come back ater a restart.
I've tried Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, nothing works. I've also tried some of the recommended manual removal methods. I can't seem to find the file that is initiating seachv at startup.
Can Someone please help me. Iv'e checked other posts here and none appear to apply to me.
