problem with Norman firewall

1)Everytime when I go on net, the computer just shut down on it's own suddenly without warning. Message from Microsoft suggests "This problem was caused by Norman Personal Firewall (tdi_rd.sys). Norman Personal Firewall (tdi_rd.sys) was created by Norman ASA." I'm able to fix it?

Maybe through trial & error, try shutting Norman off and see if the problem continues. You might want to temporarily turn on Windows firewall while Norman is off.

I tried that method already but it didn't work.
I had even tried to delete/uninstall the programme, whether there is some faulty file, it won't let me delete/uninstall either.
