Problem with Netvenda

I would appreciate it if someone could help me. During the last few weeks I keep being re-directed to a 'porn' site and if I refuse to enter that then I get taken to the Netvenda site. I have used Hijackthis to scan my system and would be greatful if someone could tell me if whether there is a way to get rid of Netvenda.
