Hello
Im trying to convert a movie like I always used to do in the best using CovertXtoDVD. What happens is that it converts the movie then asks me to put in a DVD-R to burn it, I do this and select the lowest speed 4x. I see a light on the burner like its showing that its being used and the progress bar is being filled however when it sais operation complete I pop in the disk into a dvd player and it doesnt work, then i tried to put in in my computer and its showing that its a blank disk. When I look at the disk mark on the back it looks as if its almost full... Does anybody know what could be wrong? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated . Thank you.
