Problem with Internet explorer 7

OS: windows xp
CPU/Ram: 256 ram
Comment:

When i try to install Internet explorer 7, I get this error:
update/iesetup.exe is not a valid win32 application

Anyone know how to fix that?

That file comes up as virus in Google.
