Specs: Windows XP
Ok, I'm not very good with computers, but for some reason lately I can't get onto my computer, because I get a:
STOP: C000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.
and then my computer restarts and does it all over again.Please help I've tried everything that I know of how to do!

It happens right before I can log in so I can't get to the ctrl-alt-delete thing and no I did not install any antivirus, but I did install gimp 2.4 if that matters, and safe mode does not work for me
