I just got a new laptop and I am having some problems loading certain websites. Whenever I try to go any secure site it takes forever and locks up. This doesn't happen all the time though. I am able to log in to my bank site but other places such as my hotmail, comcast email, and ebay won't load. Well the original page will load but after you enter your log in name it stops responding.

I know it is not the website or my internet connection because I have tried them all from my desktop and everything runs fine.

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
