Problem lauching setup.exe

CPU/Ram: Athlon 3300\512 mb RAM

Recently, I found out that I cant launch any setup (setup.exe). I dont know what I changed because before I was running just fine. I tried on a game demo... didnt work. Now, I noticed the same problem with dev cpp compiler. If I ctrl-alt-del, on the Processes tab, I see wowexec.exe and setup.exe and under Mem Usage, theres a blank next to those 2 unlike all the other processes.
Any help would be appreciated!

Kill those processes, reboot, and try again.

WOWEXEC.EXE is the 16-bit emulation environment for win32.

Looks like you got a setup running and it's hanging.

I did rebooted. I cant seem to be able to launch any setup.exe file from any program. I double click and nothing happends... Just the "dead" process...
