Problem Installing Software

Hi all, I have a problem installing a program as i go through the installation prompts i get a msg saying "The System cannot find the file specified" its saying that it cannot find the .msi file.
I have tried install the same software on a few different computers and it seems to be no problem at all.

its UCME alarm notification software... This is the error i got...
"the system can not open the device or file specified" When I click cancel, it then says "Internal Error 2755. 110

What i dont understand is that I have no problem installing other software. Just this particular one it doesnt like.
