Problem getting on laptop

Specs: Windows Vista
When I turned the computer I recieved black and white message, I'm having a hard time, Message I get is we apolpgized for the inconvenience but windows did not start sucessfullly, a recent hardware or software change might have caused this. If your computer stopped responding restarted unexpectedly or wasa automatically shut down to protect your files and folders choose lastknown good configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked If a previous startup attempt wasinterrupted due to a power failure or because the power or reset button was present or if you aren't sure what caused the problem, choose start windows normally.
safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt
last known good configuration(your most recent settings that worked)
start window normally help please i can't loose any data

This might be a smaller problem than you think. That error message just means the computer crashed during its last startup. Many things can cause this, not all of them bad.

The next time you get the error message, try selecting "start windows normally" and see what happens. And don't forget to post back with the results :)

i start win in normal mode, screen is blue, first i recieve three error message, now it's nothing

1. dell support center unable to launch app. please restart ur computer and try again error code -2147023174
next 2 problem with netzero and high speed please restart computer

k the screen no longer blue, i'm just waiting to get in the control panel to delete netzero it's just the computer is running slow, like a turtle
