Privatizing Images

is it possible to privatize or hide/lock an image so no one on the computer can view it?

It doesn't have to be this difficult

Do you mean like a picture? You can encrypt files so no one can see them without a password. I use a little program called CRYPTEXT. You can google for it. Once installed it add an option to your right click menu to encrypt/decrypt any file. All you need to do is configure it after you install it and give it a password.
