Hello. I have been trying to install the PrintShopDeluxe ver.12 without success. First, when trying Typical or Full Installation, it'll prompt me to change discs from istall disc to program disc. (To install PS12ART2.tdt) Then after a few seconds (when it gets to PS12ART5.tdt), it again prompts me for the program disc, and none of the six PSD discs are accepted. PS12ART5.tdt cannot be found in the discs' directories, either. When trying a minimum install, it installs OK but no projects can be completed, as midway through the project I am once again prompted for the Program disc, and once again it is not recognized. Word of warning for all considering buying this product: Broderbund customer service is awful, I sat on hold long distance for 35 minutes on my lunch break and never got an actual person on the phone.
