Prints only 1 copy! Help!

I'm on a network and all users are unable to print more than one copy of any document. We're using an HP Laser Jet 2420 PCL6. This just started happening b/c of some network changes. I apologize for being so vague, but what printer settings, or profile restrictions could be causing this?

This is a server problem, and therefore the responsibility of the Administrator. I suggest that you repost in the Netowrk forum, and let us know what the server OS is.
