Printing problem

My printer is a HP deskjet 3520. When I print out a test page everything is well. When I try to print a document in Word, wordpad, every 2 sentences are cut in half. Like the top half of my sentence is cut out. I re-installed the driver but still have the same problem. I know this looks familiar to me but I can't remember what is causing this problem. Does anyone out there can give me some advice about this. Greatly appreciated.

Dl most updated drivers. Delete current printer and reinstall it. Replace current drivers with new one. Reboot.

Additionally if you are trying a "PS" driver then try the "PCL" version or vice versa. I remmeber that MS Office and XP didn't like one of my drivers all that much so I switched, but I can't remember which way it was, as I have now been able to print fine with the most updated drivers of either.
Also you may want to check your Page Setup settins and see if you have anything weird setup for line height.
Just some ideas!
Hope it helps!
