Printer is an HP LaserJet 2300. Trying to print Avery L7162 Address Labels from Word but they don't line up with the labels.

Printing to normal paper outputs the same shrunken text. Checked settings are A4.

Printing to another printer, the labels are perfect.

Can someone offer some suggestions?

Thanks.

Normal paper? You mean letter size 8.5x11? A4 isn't the same thing.

Not letter size, I mean normal paper as in not labels but the non-sticker paper. It is A4, that is the normal standard here in Australia.

I tried this paper to check it was not the paper slipping.
