My printer,HP Officejet Pro L7580, cannot print from MS Word and MS Excel in color. It prints color from Paint, PDF and webpages. HP tech thinks the problem is with MS Office. Can anyone help please?

I thought of that solution but HP tech support persuaded me out of it. They said I could not print in Paint, PDF and from webpage if the driver is the problem.

A colored font prints color, not grayscale.
"Not printing in color" means that when the font is set to color, it comes out as black when printed.
