The bum thing with that M$ is that when you install it, and you open a folder, you get Search Companion. Then you have to do the Registry fix as stated in the article.

On second thought, why not use the old DIR via the command prompt? If canuck prefer using GUI utility, try one of Karen's toy called Directory Printer. This one is free and configurable.
