Printing error

I have HP psc 750 printer/scanner/copier.When I try to print it says document failed to print 1 document pending. I cancel and when I print again there it is again. It's always the same document .I don't recognise the file name. It is mhtml:mid://00000032/ I keep cancelling but when I try to print again it pops up. Please help Len

Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling the printer? I did a Google search on mhtml:mid, and found a problem similar to yours listed in a forum. Check it out at the following link: http://www.winxptalk.com/ftopic1498.html
