Outlook email can be printed before you send, you just have to
do a little extra clicking.
For Outlook Express - Go to the left top - File - Save - This puts
your email in your Draft Box. Now it can be printed.

Outlook had 2 newer versions out. Windows Mail and the
Last one is Windows Live Mail.
Windows Live Mail is better and easier to use.
When you ready to print you click Save. It's next to the Send
Button. The mail goes to the Draft Box and their you can
click on it and print it.
Windows Live Mail install location.

They will try to give you more than email. I unchecked what
I didn't want.

Thank you cboy
It does not answer the question, but gives a neat work-around.
