We had to upgrade something for Itunes and now everything we print is mirrored image (literally all printing backwards! What could have happened and how do we fix! We were never in print window to make changes and this happens when we print from Word now! Help!

Somehow I stumbled upon the answer! Your Control panel in your computer has settings for printers and you can check to make sure Mirror Image is not on.... But also the HP printer program ALSO has a place for setting the printer preferences, and I discovered in my case THAT was the one that had mirror image sent to ON. So be sure to check both the generic printer settings in your control panel AND the HP ones (which I found in the icon "HP Solutions" on my desktop). Victory is ours!
