Printer stopped printing all color

We recently moved our computer to another room. Now our printer will not print any color. It is a Lexmark Z45. The cartridge is the same one that was in there before. It is half full. Please help! Thanks.

Check your printer settings to make sure the printer has not been set to print black only.

Tried that. Either we can't find where it says that or it is fine. There is only a place to check if you want the color to print in Black and white. I am clueless.

Print a printer-self-test page from the printer (pc does not even have to be turned on). I am not sure exactly how to do this with a lexmark, but it should be in the documentation.
If the test page does not print color, it is a problem with the cartridge or the ink line from the color cartridge.
If the test page is in color, you know that you are just missing some setting in Windows.
