I am running XP and am having a difficult time accessing my printer properties. Everytime I try and access them it will give me a "Print Spooling Service is not running" error and when I print it will not allow me to. All the other terminals can print off this printer but me. Using NT on the network. Oh yeah I also tried it on other printers and I get the same!

Sounds to me like your workstation can't talk to the printer at all. You might try removing and reinstalling the printer. also, see if you can find out the IP address of the printer and try to PING ir from a commmand prompt. If you get a "request timed out" message or "unrecognized host name" you have a connectivity problem, not a printer or print spool problem.
