Start > Printers and Faxes, right click on your printer & click on Delete.

Reinstall printer as per the Manual.

Ok, since you solved that problem for me I just found another. See I just had someone work on my computer, and I don't know what he did but some stuff is gone, nothing important til now. My computer came with Microsoft Office 2003. I put Microsoft 2007 in when I started nursing school last year. For some reason some of my teachers are still old school and only put the assignments in 2003. Now since they worked on my computer I can't get into 2003 without putting in the product key. Is there a way around this? Any ideas would help. Thanks
