Hello bro, I have two systems one is wind.xp3 and another is wind.vista 64bit sp2 . I have a printer, canon mx308 all in one printer. And a wireless router by which both computers can connect that router, one computer by wire and another by wireless adapter.

Xp3 running system is physically connected with printer.I enabled printer sharing in xp3 system and shared printer by right clicking on printer in control panel up to here no problem, and i check all necessary services responsible for sharing viz..
1.workstation.
2.DHCP client.
3.Server.
4.Tcp/ip.
5.netbioshelper.
6.computer browser.
7.com + event system dns client
8.Network connection.
9.network location.
10.remote procedure calls.
all these services are running in both vista and xp systems , windows firewalls are disabled. vista is running kaspersky(diasbled), meanwhile restarted for several times. And changed my workgroup from "workgroup" to "sandyzone" in both pcs, but nothing happened nothing detected no question of sharing even.what can i do? please suggest me.longing for you reply.
vista pc physically connects to wireless router.
xp pc virtually connects to wireless router.
Both pcs get internet simentaneously no netsharing.

regards

Have a look on this printer sharing article, see any missing configuration.

In order to access shared printer on XP, can just open file explorer on Vista, after that type following in address bar:

\\<XP-PC-IP-or-hostname>
example: \\192.168.1.10
example: \\xp-home

Hope it helps..
