Printer Sharing with a Mac?

Seems the Mac section is pretty much dead so I thought I'd ask in here. Three PC's (all XP) share a common printer via TCP/IP with ethernet switch. Works beautifully. But I also have a PowerBook G4 with OSX Panther connected to this ethernet switch (so everything has internet access simultaneously). I've searched the Mac forum for an answer and couldn't find one. How can I get the G4 to use this printer via the TCP/IP like the rest of my pc's? The drivers are already installed on the mac as I have used the printer with it already. It's just a hassle to have to disconnect the printer from the pc and connect it to the mac for every printing job. (BTW- It's a poster printer so it doesn't move) Anyone in here with some Mac expertise?
