Printer Setup in another Domain

Please help me! I have a laptop that I connect in my job that doesn't below to that my job's domain, but I just use the Internet and I need to setup the printer but every time that I disconected I gotta delete the printer and setup the network printer again to take effect, insert the user name and password.
Would you tell me what would be the best thing to do??? maybe some paths or any software??? network administrator privilegies????
