Printer problem

During i work on my pc and require to print somthing ,, printer (canon LBP2900B ) can not pront (appear the cable does not connect or the printer is tunn of),,

1-i turn off the printer and on again but the problem is the same

2- i check the usb cable by replacing with another one ,, the same problem

3- when select printers and faxes from control panel ,, and select the canon LBP2900B and select properties , there is check mark on "use printer offline" but the printer is on

4- i remove the software driver of the printer and re-instal again ,, the same problem

I note that in Device Maneger and in the "Universal Serial Bus Controllers " appear one of them "nnknown device" and sometimes there is on it yellow mark

please help me

i dont know if the yellow mark is for the printer but try right clicking and updating it
