Printer prints a report page every time I pri

Specs: Windows XP
My porblem is that my printer
(HP 900 inkjet) keeps on printing a report page every time i print some documents. It prints like the file name, date, number of pages ect. and it kinda wasting my paper.. we print a lot of papers everyday and its really an inconvenience. I tried the properties and printing preferences and dint find anything, so i really need professional help. And it only prints reports on Microsoft word documents by the way

Is the printer locally connected to your computer or is it a network attached printer.

If it's network attached, talk to your network administrator about your problem.

In MS Word:

1. Click on the MS Office icon (round icon, top left).
2. Select Word Options button at bottom.
3. Click on Display.
4. Unchecked Print document properties.
5. Click the OK button.
