My printer (deskjet 882c) will only print one page of any multipage document even after setting the page range function to all.This always happens whether I print from Word,Excel,Notepad or the Web.Have reinstalled the driver a few times. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks ES
Eric Surette, sounds like a case of 'my !@#$ machine keeps doing what I tell it to do rather than what I want it to do',(BTDT :} ) take a close look at your printer setting selections. Seems I recall a radio button for that...???

I forgot to mention that I also get the error message"document failed to print" after the first page prints, then it just keeps printing the same page over and over until I cancel the print job.If it was set to print only one page I shouldn't get an error message, should I???.I've had the printer for three yrs and never had this problem before. Maybe its time for a new one. Thanks for the reply Eric in NS
