Printer only prints one page of mul

My printer (deskjet 882c) will only print one page of any multipage document even after setting the page range function to all.This always happens whether I print from Word,Excel,Notepad or the Web.Have reinstalled the driver a few times. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks ES

Eric Surette, sounds like a case of 'my !@#$ machine keeps doing what I tell it to do rather than what I want it to do',(BTDT :} ) take a close look at your printer setting selections. Seems I recall a radio button for that...??? HTH. Ed in Texas.

I forgot to mention that I also get the error message"document failed to print" after the first page prints, then it just keeps printing the same page over and over until I cancel the print job.If it was set to print only one page I shouldn't get an error message, should I???.I've had the printer for three yrs and never had this problem before.
