Hi all;

I would like to enquire why my printer is not recognise in the LTP1 port of my new computer? I just bought a new computer and when I plug the cable of the printer to the computer port and start the system, there is no function! No detection at all! Any ideas?

I am using Canon BJC-2000SP which the driver is present in the Win XP itself!

Chris Foo, try reinstalling the printer. Sometimes Windows isn't as intuitive as we think and requires precise instruction as to what it should do. It gets confused easily and when that happens, it just takes it's toys and goes home.
